Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

 Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through our website or the carrier’s website.

 Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected. Please note that delivery times are estimates. Factors such as weather, customs delays, and carrier issues may impact delivery.

International Shipping
For international orders, please allow additional time for customs clearance. Any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country are the responsibility of the customer. MiniPrint N' Go is not liable for delays caused by customs.

Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (e.g., due to an incorrect address or failure to pay customs fees), we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office or carrier first. If the issue cannot be resolved, contact us  within 7 days of the delivery date, and we will assist you.

 Shipping Restrictions
Some locations may have shipping restrictions due to local regulations or carrier limitations. If we are unable to ship to your address, we will notify you during checkout or shortly after your order is placed.

Returns & Exchanges
If you need to return or exchange an item, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for details. Shipping fees for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
